GSA2.0 Pro Early Access 100 – Call for Participants
We are pleased to announce the GSA2.0 Pro Early Access 100 program for educators, ahead of the official release of GSA2.0 Pro, which is currently under development.
Through this Early Access program, up to 100 educators in Japan and overseas will be able to use GSA2.0 Pro free of charge. To use the software, you will need an API key for the AI service you wish to use. Please obtain the required API key on your own.
How to Apply
If you would like to participate in the Early Access program, please apply through the “Contact the Author” form below and enter your email address in the form.
When applying, please use an email address issued by your university, college, school, or other educational institution whenever possible.
We welcome applications from educators both in Japan and overseas. Institutional email addresses may include domains such as .ac.jp, .edu, .ac.uk, .edu.au, and others.
Part-time instructors, educators working at alternative schools, and others involved in education are also welcome to apply even if they do not have an institutional email address. In such cases, please briefly describe your affiliation or your role in education in the inquiry form.
After reviewing your application, we will send you an email containing the download URL and other information required to use GSA2.0 Pro.
Early Access 100 Program Details
Eligibility: Educators in Japan and overseas
Number of participants: Limited to the first 100 applicants
Application deadline: November 30, 2026
Early Access period: Until December 31, 2026
Participation fee: Free
Applications will close once 100 participants have been accepted, even if this occurs before the application deadline.
For this Early Access 100 program, GSA2.0 Pro will be available for use until December 31, 2026.
During the Early Access period, we hope you will try GSA2.0 Pro in actual teaching, assessment, grading, and feedback workflows.
Plans for 2027 and Beyond
GSA2.0 Pro uses some commercial third-party software components. In addition, continued development, feature improvements, maintenance, and user support will be required.
For these reasons, we are considering offering GSA2.0 Pro as a paid product from 2027 onward.
The pricing and method of distribution are still under consideration.
Participants in the Early Access program will be informed once the details have been finalized.
About GSA1.9
GSA1.9 will continue to be available as a free version.
If the features provided by GSA1.9 are sufficient for your needs, you are welcome to continue using it free of charge.
GSA2.0 Pro is being developed as an advanced version designed to support a wider range of grading and assessment workflows, including the processing of Word and PDF files.
Through the Early Access program, we hope to learn from educators who use GSA2.0 Pro in real educational settings and use their feedback to make the software more practical and useful.
